Pay & Compensation

• Avg $1,100–$1,200 per week
• $0.49 – $0.60 CPM (based on experience progression)
• $25 short haul pay (under 50 miles)
• $10 for first stop / $15 per stop after
• Driver performance & safety bonus available (must meet eligibility)
• Weekly miles vary: 1,100 – 1,400 miles

Consistent freight = consistent avg weekly income
