Position Overview
Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional Midwest fleet position based in Springfield, MO. This role offers consistent freight, predictable scheduling, and guaranteed weekend home time, making it ideal for drivers looking for stability and work-life balance.
Drivers will operate primarily in the Midwest with steady miles and reliable weekly earnings.
Route & Freight Details
- Regional runs throughout the Midwest
- Operating area includes multiple surrounding states with occasional extended lanes

Average:
- ~2,000 miles per week
- ~300-mile average haul length

Freight includes:
- General dry freight
- 100% no-touch freight

Mix of:
- 50–60% drop & hook
- 40–50% live unload
Schedule
- 5 days on / 2 days off (5 & 2 schedule)
- Home every weekend (Saturday & Sunday)

Drivers may choose to:
- Stay out and run optional weekend freight for extra pay
- Predictable weekly routing and scheduling
Pay & Compensation
- Avg Weekly Pay: $1,100–$1,200
- Top Weekly Pay: $1,700+ (top performers)
Additional Pay:
- Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day
- Performance Bonus: Up to +3 CPM
Bonuses

$2,000 sign-on bonus
- $500 after first load
- $500 after 30 days
- $1,000 after 60 days
Equipment & Work Setup
- 2021+ Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth tractors
- Well-maintained fleet
- Regional dry van operation
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience required

- Run full weekly schedule
- Plan routes effectively
- Work occasional extended lanes if needed
