CDL-A Truck Driver | Front Royal, VA | Home Weekly | Avg $1,725/Week + $1,000 Bonus

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated retail delivery lane based out of Front Royal, VA. This is a high-paying, physically active position with consistent freight and weekly home time.

Position Details:

• Location: Front Royal, VA

• Job Type: Regional Dedicated

• Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset)

• Average Miles: ~1,500 per week

• Loads: Minimum 3 per week

• Stops: 1–6 per load

Pay & Compensation:

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,725

• Top Earners: Up to $2,200/week

• CPM: $0.60–$0.73 (based on experience)

• Unload Pay: $250 per trailer

• Weekly Incentive: $125 (for completing 3 unloads)

• Backhaul Pay: $35

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

• $500 after first load

• $500 after 30 days

Freight Details:

• 100% driver unload (live unload at store locations)

• Multi-stop deliveries

• Physically demanding but high-paying

Schedule:

• Home weekly for 34-hour reset

• Nights, weekends, and holidays required

Operating Area:

• VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, WV

• Regional routes within ~700 miles

Equipment:

• Assigned tractor after training

Training:

• 1 week ride-along training

• Paid $150 per day

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Must be physically capable of unloading freight

• Must be comfortable with:

  • Night driving

  • Multi-stop routes

  • Tight backing situations
