Position Overview

Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dedicated retail delivery position based in Morehead, KY. This role offers strong weekly averages, consistent freight, and reliable home time with weekly resets.

Drivers will run multi-state routes delivering to retail stores with steady miles and predictable scheduling.

Route & Freight Details

• Regional routes across:
  • KY, OH, IN, IL, TN, NC, SC, VA, WV, GA, AL
• Average:
  • ~1,200–1,500 miles per week
  • ~3 loads per week
  • 3–7 stops per load
• Freight includes:
  • Retail store deliveries
• 100% touch freight (roller system unloads)
• Live unload at store locations
• Backhauls included

Schedule

• Weekly home time (34-hour reset)
• Early morning delivery starts
• Must be available for:
  • Nights
  • Weekends
  • Holidays

Consistent weekly routes with structured scheduling

Pay & Compensation

• Avg Weekly Pay: $1,700+
• Avg Annual Pay: $88,000 – $98,000+

Mileage Pay (based on experience):

• $0.49 – $0.69 CPM

Additional Pay:

• $245 unload pay
• $25 stop pay
• $50 backhaul pay

Bonuses

• $1,000 sign-on bonus
  • $500 after first load
  • $500 after 30 days

Equipment & Work Setup

• Mix of:
  • Freightliner
  • International
  • Kenworth tractors
• Standard dry van equipment
• Must bring 2 weeks of supplies for the road

Training

• 1-week ride along: $150/day

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience required
• Must be able to:
  • Perform 100% touch freight deliveries
  • Handle physically demanding workdays
  • Work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must have strong customer service and safety mindset
