Role Overview

A beauty retail company in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Beauty Retail & Operations Associate for a short-term onsite contract assignment. This role combines customer service, reception support, retail operations, and order fulfillment within a fast-paced beauty and skincare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product recommendations and purchases
  • Provide professional customer service and front-desk support
  • Answer phones, greet guests, and manage customer inquiries
  • Pick, pack, and prepare online orders for shipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory and fulfillment records
  • Restock shelves and maintain organized product displays
  • Support store cleanliness, organization, and daily operations
  • Collaborate with team members during busy retail periods and events

Requirements

  • Customer service experience required
  • Reception or front-desk experience required
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced retail environments
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • English fluency required

  • Beauty retail, skincare, or cosmetics experience preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • POS system experience

Compensation

  • $21.14/hour

  • Monday–Friday schedule
