CDL-A Truck Driver | Willmar, MN | Home Daily | $30/Hour + OT | $87K–$95K

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated live-haul position in Willmar, MN. This role offers strong hourly pay, consistent work, and daily home time.

Position Details:

• Location: Willmar, MN (56201)

• Home Time: Daily

• Job Type: Local – Dedicated Live Haul

• Schedule: Sunday – Thursday

• Optional 6th Day: Available for extra earnings

• Start Time: 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Pay & Compensation:

• $30/hour

• Overtime: $45/hour after 40 hours

• Average annual pay: $87,000 – $95,000

• Training pay: $30/hour

• Holiday pay: $200/day

• $1,000 sign-on bonus:

  • $500 at onboarding

  • $500 after 30 days

Operating Area:

• Minnesota and Wisconsin routes

Job Duties:

• Transport live-haul turkey loads from farms to processing plants

• Multiple trips per shift depending on route

• Install slats over cages based on weather conditions

• No unloading required at plant

Equipment:

• Automatic Freightliner day cabs

• Trucks remain at account (no take-home)

• No riders or pets allowed

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Must meet DOT and safety requirements

• Must be comfortable working with live-haul loads

• Must be able to follow safety procedures for livestock transport
