CDL-A Truck Driver | Home Weekly | $1,610 Avg | Warrensburg MO, Dedicated Route

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a high-paying dedicated account based out of Warrensburg, MO. This position offers consistent freight, weekly home time, and strong earning potential.

Position Details:

• Location: Warrensburg, MO

• Job Type: Regional – Dedicated Account

• Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset)

• Typical Days Off: Saturday or Sunday

Pay & Compensation:

• Average: $1,610 per week ($83,000/year)

• Top 10%: $2,099 per week ($109,000/year)

• $320 per load (avg. 2 loads/week)

• CPM + load pay structure

• Safe & On-Time Bonus: up to 3% of mileage pay

• Mentor pay: $220/day (if applicable)

Miles & Freight:

• Average: ~1,600 miles/week

• 2–3 loads per week

• 4–5 stops per load

• Dry freight

Delivery Area:

• Midwest & surrounding states including: MO, KS, IA, NE, MN, AR, OK, TN, KY, and more

Job Duties:

• Deliver freight to retail locations

• Hand unload using rollers (no pallets or lumpers)

• Early morning and occasional night deliveries

Equipment:

• Trucks can be taken home

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Must meet DOT and safety requirements

• Must be able to handle physical unloading
