We are hiring drivers for a dedicated account based out of La Crosse, WI. This is a home daily position with guaranteed pay, consistent routes, and steady work.

Position Details:

  • Location: La Crosse, WI

  • Job Type: Local Dedicated (Final Mile)

  • Home Time: Home Daily

  • Operating Area: Minnesota & Wisconsin

  • Average Miles: 1,900–2,100 per week

  • Stops: 26–29 per week

Pay & Compensation:

  • Weekly Guarantee: $1,600 (must work full schedule)

  • Average Weekly Pay: $1,636

  • Top Weekly Pay: $1,700

  • Annual Average: $85,046

Pay Breakdown:

  • CPM: $0.45–$0.53 (based on experience)

  • Stop Pay: $24 per stop

  • Hourly Pay: $16.75/hour (cross-docking & extra duties)

Bonus:

  • $500 transition bonus (paid on second paycheck)

Freight Details:

  • Electric pallet jack unload

  • Lift gate deliveries

  • Store deliveries + returns

Schedule:

Night Driver:

  • Start: Monday 11:00 PM or Tuesday 12:00 AM

  • Routes run through Saturday

  • Overnight unattended deliveries

  • No layovers (home daily)

Flex Driver:

  • Covers routes for drivers on vacation or out

  • Must be flexible and train on all routes

  • May assist other drivers when not covering

Equipment:

  • 2020+ 26' straight trucks

  • Lift gate equipped

  • Slip seat operation

  • Truck speed: 65 MPH

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A or Class B CDL

  • Minimum 12 months recent straight truck experience

  • Hazmat endorsement required

  • Must live within 65 miles of La Crosse, WI

  • Must be comfortable with:

    • Night driving

    • Multi-stop deliveries

    • Unloading freight

    • Flexible schedules

Important Notes:

  • Must work full 5-day schedule to qualify for $1,600 guarantee

  • Sick days or time off will void weekly guarantee
