Local CDL-A Truck Driver | Home Daily | Avg $1,100–$1,600/Week | Jonestown, PA

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a local intermodal position based in Jonestown, PA. This is a home daily account with consistent freight, multiple loads per day, and steady earning potential.

Drivers will run local routes and return home the same day while working with rail container freight.

Position Details:

• Location: Jonestown, PA (ZIP 17104)
• Hiring Area: Must live within 100 miles
• Position Type: Local / Intermodal
• Equipment: Rail containers
• Freight: Mix of live load, live unload, preload, and drop & hook
• Operating Area: Local routes with runs into MD, NJ, and VA (home same day)

Pay & Compensation:

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,100 – $1,600
• Pay Rate: $0.62 CPM
• Additional Pay: +$40 for loads under 99 miles
• Weekly Mileage: Local miles

Schedule & Home Time:

• Home Time: Daily
• Shift: Both day and night shifts available
• Work Schedule: 3–6 loads per day
• Weekend Work: Required
• Holiday Work: Volunteer-based for major holidays

Job Duties:

• Haul intermodal rail containers on local routes
• Complete 3–6 loads per day
• Handle a mix of drop & hook, preloads, and live loads/unloads
• Perform all ramp-related work
• Operate safely in varying weather conditions (operations may pause during severe conditions)

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum 6 months of CDL-A tractor trailer experience required
• Valid CDL-A license
• Hazmat endorsement required
• Must live within 100 miles of Jonestown, PA
