Position Overview

Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dedicated retail delivery position based in Duncan, OK. This role offers strong weekly averages, consistent freight, and reliable home time with weekly resets.

Drivers will run multi-state routes delivering to retail store locations with steady miles and predictable schedules.

Route & Freight Details

  • Regional routes across:
    • Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi
  • Average:
    • ~3 loads per week
    • 1–7 stops per load
  • Freight includes:
    • Retail store deliveries
  • 100% touch freight (driver unload required)
  • Backhauls included
  • Consistent, high-volume freight

Schedule

  • Weekly home time (34-hour reset, typically weekends)
  • Drivers typically:
    • Arrive night before (~7:00 PM)
    • Start deliveries around 5:00 AM
  • Must be available for:
    • Nights
    • Weekends
    • Holidays

Pay & Compensation

  • Avg Weekly Pay: $1,550+
  • Top Weekly Pay: $2,000+
  • Avg Annual Pay: $80,000 – $100,000+

Mileage Pay (based on experience):

  • $0.50 – $0.60 CPM

Additional Pay:

  • $240 unload pay
  • $25 stop pay
  • $50 backhaul pay

Bonuses

  • $1,000 sign-on bonus
    • $500 after first load
    • $500 after 30 days

Equipment & Work Setup

  • Mix of:
    • Freightliner
    • International
    • Kenworth tractors
  • Standard dry van equipment
  • Must bring 2 weeks of supplies for the road

Training

  • 2 shadow runs: $150 each

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience required
  • Must be able to:
    • Perform 100% touch freight deliveries
    • Handle physically demanding workdays
    • Work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have strong customer service and safety mindset
