Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care

Deliver high-quality emergency medical care within a modern healthcare facility

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat diverse emergency patient populations

Perform emergency procedures and acute care interventions

Maintain strong clinical judgment and patient safety standards

Manage varying patient acuity levels efficiently and professionally

Collaboration & Teamwork

Work closely with experienced Advanced Practice Providers and hospital staff

Support efficient emergency department operations

Maintain strong communication across multidisciplinary teams

Contribute to a collaborative and patient-focused care environment

Documentation & Systems

Complete accurate and timely documentation within Cerner EMR

Utilize Dragon voice recognition systems effectively

Maintain compliance with hospital standards and emergency medicine protocols

Requirements

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in:

- Emergency Medicine

- Family Medicine with ED Experience

- Internal Medicine with ED Experience

Florida Medical License or eligibility required

Active ATLS certification required

Active ACLS certification required

Active BLS certification required

Active PALS certification required

Cerner EMR experience preferred

Strong procedural and emergency medicine skills required
