Position Overview

Now hiring CDL-A drivers based out of the Richmond, VA area for a regional position covering the Midwest and Eastern U.S. This role offers consistent miles, no-touch freight, and guaranteed weekend home time.

Drivers run reliable freight lanes across a high-demand region with steady work and strong earning potential.

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500–$1,800
• CPM:
  • $0.67–$0.69 CPM (non-Hazmat)
  • $0.69–$0.71 CPM (Hazmat)

Additional Pay

• $35 per load (0–100 miles)
• $25 per load (101–400 miles)
• Detention pay after 1 hour
• Safety bonuses:
  • Up to $875 every 90 days
  • Additional $600 every 90 days
• Sign-on bonus up to $1,475 (based on qualifications)
• Annual raises and performance-based increases

Route & Freight Details

• Regional routes throughout:
  • Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio
  • Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky
  • Maryland, Delaware, Indiana, Illinois
• 100% no-touch freight
• Dry van, full truckload freight
• No NYC, Canada, or Mexico routes
• Consistent freight and predictable scheduling

Home Time

• Home every weekend (48 hours)
• Out during the week, reset at home

Equipment

• Assigned trucks (no slip seating)
• Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth T680
• Automatic transmissions
• Inverters, refrigerators, microwaves, TVs
• Governed speed up to 68 MPH

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 9 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• No DUI/DWI in the past 7 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No preventable DOT-reportable accidents in the past 3 years
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screening
