Direct Recruit Agency is a leading recruitment agency that specializes in connecting top talent with top companies. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Description to join our team on a full-time basis.

As a Senior Technical Description, you will play a crucial role in our agency by providing technical expertise and support to our clients. Your main responsibility will be to create detailed and accurate job descriptions for various technical positions, including software engineers, IT specialists, and other technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical job requirements and create comprehensive job descriptions that accurately reflect their needs

- Conduct research on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and competitive

- Utilize your technical knowledge and experience to accurately describe the technical skills and qualifications required for each position

- Work closely with our recruitment team to identify and attract top talent for our clients

- Participate in interviews and screenings to assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process

- Stay updated on industry developments and changes to ensure our job descriptions are in line with current market demands

- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our recruitment processes and strategies

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Microsoft .NET technologies, including T-SQL, C#, and VB.Net

- Web Development ASP.NET/MVC, consuming and developing Web Services/Web APIs, HTML, JavaScript, and Jquery

- A degree in a technical discipline is preferred

- 10 + years of Enterprise Resource Planning system basic knowledge, specifically CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine

- Previous consulting experience

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

- Flexibility in dealing with simultaneous projects

- Strong customer service attitude

- Strong self-motivation but not afraid to ask for help

- Hold yourself and your work to high standards

- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines

- High energy level; ability to persist

- Special projects, training, and other internal or external activities may also be assigned at the discretion of Godlan, Inc. management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role, such as software engineer, IT specialist, or technical writer

- Strong understanding of technical terminology and concepts

- Excellent writing and communication skills

- Proven experience in creating accurate and detailed job descriptions

- Familiarity with recruitment processes and strategies

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
