Job Summary:

As the Senior Project Manager in the Development Division, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various development projects. You will be working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and strategic thinking will be essential in driving the success of our client's development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of project managers and coordinators to ensure successful delivery of development projects

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and internal teams

- Monitor and track project progress, identify and resolve any issues or risks that may arise

- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and internal teams

- Conduct regular meetings with project teams to ensure alignment and progress towards project goals

- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures

- Mentor and support junior project managers and coordinators in their professional development

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the development or construction industry

-  Broad technical knowledge in areas such as earthwork, underground utilities, concrete, and paving

- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale development projects

- Strong leadership skills and experience managing and mentoring teams

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency in project management software and tools

- PMP certification is an asset
