Position Overview:

As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography equipment. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to obtain high-quality images and provide accurate diagnostic information to aid in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate computed tomography equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures

- Prepare and position patients for scans according to specific protocols

- Monitor patients during scans and make adjustments as necessary

- Ensure equipment is properly calibrated and maintained

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of procedures performed

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic information

- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

- Stay current with advancements in CT technology and procedures

- Assist with training and mentoring new CT Technologists

Qualifications:

- Current certification as a CT Technologist

- MRad Tech License

- ARRT CT certification and registration

- BLS certified within 6 months of hire

- Knowledge of CT equipment and procedures

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
