Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3 years or more of experience cold-calling Director /VP/VP/C-level contacts and scheduling discovery calls for Managed Transportation solutions (contract-based, not transactional freight).
- Clear progression in sales career (no job-hopping every 18 months).
- Comfortable working remotely and based in ET, CT, or MT time zones.
- A track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- A desire to advance to an end-to-end sales role.

Role Overview: Regional Account Executive (RAE) July 2025
We provide Managed Transportation Services to manufacturers and suppliers across various industries. These are long-term, strategic partnerships where clients outsource all aspects of their freight and shipping operations to routing, tracking, invoice auditing, reporting, analytics, and more.
Sales Focus:
We're growing and looking for hunter-sales professionals who are skilled at generating new business, not managing existing accounts. The Regional Account Executive is responsible for prospecting and booking discovery calls with Directors, VPs, and C-Suite roles who have oversight or P&L responsibility of their supply chain and logistics processes. This is not an account management or freight broker role.
Key Responsibilities (RAE):
- 100% new business developmentprospecting, cold calling, and booking meetings.
- Targeting VP and C-suite decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and participate in discovery calls (with support from a Director of Business Development).
- After the discovery call, the opportunity is handed off to the Director to close.
- Use HubSpot to track activity and pipeline.
- However, if you find someone who's had success scheduling the discovery call/meeting and then personally working with the prospect to land the business, they could be a good candidate for a Director of Business role. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports
Compensation:
Regional Account Executive:
- Base: $65K$85K
- First year bonus/commission: ~$11K
- Year 3 bonus/commission: $35K+-
