Position: Physical Therapist  Outpatient ( No visa sponsorship supported) Shift: FT Days Schedule: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Monday - Friday Sign on Bonus: $15,000

Position Overview:

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients with various physical conditions and injuries. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide the highest quality care and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Must obtain a PT License in Missouri.

2. Doctorate from an accredited

3. CPR Certified Certification Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations

4. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals

5. Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to help improve patients' strength, mobility, and overall function

6. Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

7. Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue their rehabilitation at home

8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients

9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

10. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy

- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
