Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain after an injury or illness. You will utilize a variety of techniques and exercises to help patients improve their physical function and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations

- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs and goals

- Utilize a variety of techniques and exercises to help patients improve their physical function and manage pain

- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients

- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the provision of care

- Keep up-to-date with advancements and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

1. Must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

2. Must have a Physical Therapist License in the state of Oklahoma. 

3. Basic Life Support (BLS) or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire

4. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

5. Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

6. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting

7. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

10. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

11. Physical stamina and dexterity to perform job duties
