Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assembly processes and a keen eye for detail. This role involves working with various mechanical components, ensuring that products are assembled accurately and efficiently. The Mechanical Assembler will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of quality and precision.

Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand assembly requirements.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to assemble mechanical components.
• Fabricate parts as needed, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Solder components together where necessary, following safety protocols and best practices.
• Conduct thorough inspections of completed assemblies to ensure functionality and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve processes.

Skills

• Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Experience with soldering techniques for electronic components is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety practices.
• Ability to fabricate parts using various materials and tools effectively.
• Strong skills in assembling mechanical systems from start to finish.
• Competence in using micrometers and other precision measuring instruments for quality control.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to mechanical assembly tasks.
• Knowledge of schematics related to mechanical systems is advantageous.
