Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to collaborate with engineers to bring concepts to life. The CAD Drafter will play a crucial role in the development of projects across various disciplines, including mechanical, civil, and architectural design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Create 2D and 3D models utilizing software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit.
• Draft mechanical designs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from team members or clients.
• Maintain organized documentation of all drafts and revisions for future reference.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the drafting process.

Skills

• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NavisWorks, and Revit.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and drafting techniques.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
