Job Overview: As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing mechanical components according to blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products, as well as meeting production deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to assemble mechanical components accurately and efficiently. - Use hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment, to perform assembly tasks. - Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the assembly process. - Collaborate with other team members to improve assembly processes and procedures. - Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing assembly tasks. - Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in mechanical assembly is a plus. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly in a manufacturing setting. - Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical components and systems. - Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. - Experience using hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. - Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
