About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Full Stack Tech Lead to join and guide our engineering team. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in both front-end and back-end development with proven leadership capabilities. This role requires a professional who can architect robust solutions, mentor team members, drive technical excellence, and bridge the gap between engineering and business objectives.
You will be responsible for leading the design and development of scalable web and mobile applications while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Lead the design and implementation of front-end web applications utilizing JavaScript, React, Redux, and React Hooks
- Architect and develop back-end services employing .NET Core 6 C# with proficiency in ORM tools such as Dapper and Entity Framework
- Oversee database design and management for both relational and non-relational databases, including data modeling, ERD design, and development of functions and stored procedures
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs with a strong emphasis on security and scalability
- Implement and advocate for cloud computing solutions with expertise in microservices and serverless architectures
- Create middleware solutions for seamless integration with third-party applications
- Experience with AWS services, including Lambdas, SQS-SNS, and AWS APIs
- Experience with unit testing frameworks, Docker, and CI/CD automation pipelines
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, including juniors and semi-seniors, fostering their professional growth
- Provide coaching and guidance on technical challenges and career development
- Empathy, active listening, and inclusive leadership approach
- Manage project priorities, balancing feature development with technical debt reduction
- Make informed technical decisions and guide the team through complex problem-solving
- Identify and resolve blockers, conflicts, and impediments
- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value
Nice to have:
- Domain knowledge in MarTech apps
- Back-end development familiarity with Python
- An intermediate to advanced level of English
- Experience with NetSuite integrations and development (SuiteScript, RESTlets, SuiteTalk)
