About the job Exploration Manager
The Exploration Manager will lead greenfield and brownfield exploration programs targeting VMS and porphyry systems with the goal of world-class discoveries. Responsible for strategic planning, execution, and technical oversight, the role manages multidisciplinary teams, refines targeting models, and advances prospects from early-stage exploration to resource definition.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement exploration strategies across greenfield and brownfield projects.

Identify, prioritize, and evaluate prospective areas for VMS and porphyry mineralization.

Oversee field programs including geological mapping, drilling, sampling, and geophysical surveys.

Lead a multidisciplinary team of geologists, geophysicists, and technical staff to ensure technical excellence.

Analyse and integrate geological, geochemical, and geophysical data to refine targeting and maximize discovery potential.

Ensure timely reporting to senior management and stakeholders.

Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and accountability within the exploration team.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Geology or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum 10 years of exploration experience, with proven success in VMS and porphyry systems.

Experience managing both greenfield and brownfield exploration programs.

Strong technical knowledge in structural geology, geochemistry, and geophysics.

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing exploration teams.
