Provide specialist structural interpretation to unlock the geological potential of an advancing gold project. The role will connect office based interpretation, targeting and geological modelling with regular field input as the project progresses through key growth stages.

Accountabilities

• Lead and refine structural interpretations supporting exploration and resource growth.
• Integrate structural frameworks into drilling strategies and targeting programmes.
• Work closely with exploration and resource teams to improve geological models.
• Identify controls on mineralisation across broad systems and high grade zones.
• Provide technical input during field campaigns to align interpretation with execution.
• Contribute to the evolving geological model as the project advances.
• Communicate structural concepts clearly and influence technical decisions across the team.

Qualifications

• Strong structural geology experience within gold or comparable mineral systems.
• Ability to interpret complex geological environments and translate findings into practical exploration outcomes.
• Comfort working across office based interpretation and field environments.
• Experience in high metamorphic grade terrains would be advantageous.
• Ability to operate at a high technical standard and contribute meaningfully from the outset.
• Credible communication and collaboration skills within a growing technical team.
