Accountabilities

• Lead resource estimation, geological modelling, wireframing and data validation across complex multicommodity projects.
• Prepare, review and sign compliant public reports with sound technical judgement.
• Improve technical workflows through strong quality control, sampling theory and data integrity standards.
• Conduct due diligence, site visits and peer reviews while providing authoritative technical guidance.
• Ensure project quality, budgets and schedules are achieved through clear planning, reporting and communication.
• Integrate geological inputs with multidisciplinary operational and project decisions.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a senior technical adviser.
• Support business growth through opportunity identification, proposals and industry representation.
• Mentor geologists and lead internal training and continuous learning.
• Set and maintain high standards for resource estimation and reporting practice.

Qualifications

• Degree in Geoscience, with a Master's degree or higher strongly preferred.
• More than 15 years of industry experience, including at least 10 years in resource estimation.
• Proven capability across multiple mineral systems and commodities.
• Competent Person or Qualified Person status under JORC, NI 43 101 or a comparable code.
• Advanced background in geostatistics, resource estimation and three dimensional modelling software.
• Deep understanding of mineral systems, ore forming processes and mining operations.
• Strong analytical and mathematical capability for complex dataset interpretation.
• Credible client leadership, commercial awareness and executive communication skills.
