Job Title: Training & Development Manager Pharma Retail
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Training & Development Manager to lead training programs for new and existing employees in the pharma retail industry. The role includes training need analysis, induction programs, skill development, and on-the-job training across retail/hospital-based pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & implement monthly training calendars
Conduct induction & new hire training (bi-monthly)
Deliver soft-skills, technical, and process training
Track trainee performance & provide counseling
Maintain training MIS & budget records
Coordinate with HR for new joiner onboarding
Ensure customer service excellence through training
Travel across the region for on-the-job training

Requirements:

Education: B.Pharm/M.Pharm (Mandatory)
Experience: 5+ years in training & development (Preferred)
Languages: Kannada & English (Required)
Relocation/Commute: Hubli-based or willing to relocate

Salary & Benefits:

5,00,000 - 10,00,000 per year
