Key Responsibilities:

- Feedback Management: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and a positive brand perception.
Candidate Requirements: Min 3+ years' experience in a customer support or guest relations role)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in English & Hindi (written & spoken)
Quick learner with excellent decision-making and multi-tasking skills
