JOB PURPOSE
The Marketing Representative is responsible for planning, creating, and managing high-quality visual content through photography and videography to promote the hotel's products, services, facilities, and events. The role supports the Marketing Department by producing engaging content for digital platforms, social media, advertising campaigns, and internal communications while ensuring all materials reflect the Divan brand standards.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Plan and execute professional photography and videography sessions for hotel facilities, rooms, restaurants, events, promotions, and guest experiences.
- Create creative visual content for social media platforms, the hotel website, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Edit and produce high-quality photos and videos using professional editing software while maintaining brand consistency.
- Coordinate with all hotel departments to capture marketing content for seasonal campaigns, special events, and new promotions.
- Develop short-form and long-form video content suitable for various digital platforms.
- Ensure all visual content accurately reflects the hotel's luxury standards and enhances brand image.
- Organize and maintain a digital library of photographs and video assets for future marketing use.
- Stay updated on current photography, videography, and social media trends to introduce innovative content ideas.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand events.
- Support the Marketing Manager in developing creative concepts and storytelling strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and media partners when required.
- Ensure marketing materials are delivered within deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
YOU SHOULD HAVE
- At least 2 years of experience in Photography, Videography, Digital Marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a five-star hotel or hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in professional photography and videography equipment.
- Strong knowledge of photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
- Experience in creating content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and visual storytelling skills.
