About the job Sales Associate
Job Summary: As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling veterinary products and solutions to clinics, pet shops, farms, and other animal health institutions. You will be the frontliner in building lasting client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and educating stakeholders about our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Account Management
- Promote and sell a portfolio of veterinary medicines, supplements, and supplies to existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to veterinary clinics, animal hospitals, pet retailers, and livestock farms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor customer accounts, follow up on orders, and address inquiries promptly.
- Client Support and Product Knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with product features, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide product guidance and technical knowledge to customers, including dosage, application, and storage.
- Collaborate with veterinarians and animal care professionals to identify solutions that meet their specific needs.
Sales Administration
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and seminars as needed.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Assist in collecting payments and ensuring proper documentation for transactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of Bachelors/College Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Agriculture or other similar industry
- At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in veterinary, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Must be willing to travel for fieldwork and client visits.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
