Job Summary:

The Regional Manager (Sales) is responsible for overseeing sales operations within a designated region, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving business growth through the implementation of sales strategies. The Regional Manager plays a key role in developing and executing plans to meet sales targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly understand the business model and SOPs expected from the channel partners.
  • Travel across the region allocated to you in major cities and towns to generate student business from Channel Partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. 
  • Achieve Student conversions targets for your region.
  • Making new channel partners for the allocated region.
  • Understand the expectations and problems of Business Units (Units that specialize in specific countries) and channel partners with each other and set up an operational framework in consultation with HO.
  • Monitor sales activities and adjust strategies as needed to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Conduct regular field visits to support sales teams and strengthen customer relationships.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Experience in dealing in overseas education or an allied field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the Overseas Education industry is a must.
  • B2B sales experience (preferably).
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse set of people.
  • Ability to learn domain knowledge.
  • Open to travel.
  • Can start ASAP.
