About the Role:
As a Student Recruitment Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving student conversions through effective management of channel partners within your designated region. You'll act as a vital bridge between our Headquarters and channel partners, ensuring students receive top-notch guidance and support aligned with the company's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Partner Management & Student Conversions
- Oversee end-to-end student walk-in and conversion processes across the region.
- Set and achieve specific student conversion targets.
- Build new channel partnerships and nurture existing ones to drive student business.
- Travel extensively within the region to strengthen channel partner relationships and generate student leads.
- Collaborate with Headquarters to organize the region effectively and obtain necessary support.
- Understand and resolve challenges between Business Units and channel partners, setting up operational frameworks for seamless collaboration.
2. Process Efficiency & Training
- Conduct regular reviews of channel partner performance to identify and address bottlenecks.
- Ensure quality service delivery and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Train field staff and channel partners on relevant knowledge and operational guidelines.
3. Liaison with Business Units
- Act as a regional liaison with Head Office Business Units, ensuring channel partners have access to the necessary expertise for university admissions, visa processes, and other country-specific knowledge.
4. Regional Marketing Execution
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to plan and execute region-specific marketing activities.
- Provide ground-level insights and support to optimize marketing campaigns.
Position Linkages
You'll work closely with:
- Business Units: Bridge the needs of channel partners and country-specialized teams.
- Marketing Team: Align marketing activities with regional requirements.
- Operations Team: Streamline backend processes, including visa management.
- Senior Leadership: Regularly report regional performance and seek strategic guidance.

Qualifications:
- Diploma Sarjana I or higher.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in overseas education or allied industries.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Overseas Education industry is a must.
- B2B sales experience preferred.
