Job Summary: As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to strengthen the company's brand presence locally and internationally. You will play a key role in digital marketing, SEO strategies, and data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media campaigns
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and SEO tools, providing actionable insights
- Conduct market research to identify customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies
- Create engaging marketing content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve ranking and visibility
- Manage online advertising campaigns and discover effective promotional channels
- Assist in event planning, brand awareness initiatives, and lead generation efforts
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on SEO, content marketing, and digital analytics
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and website optimization
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setup
