Job Summary: As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to strengthen the company's brand presence locally and internationally. You will play a key role in digital marketing, SEO strategies, and data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media campaigns
  • Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and SEO tools, providing actionable insights
  • Conduct market research to identify customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies
  • Create engaging marketing content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns
  • Optimize website content for search engines to improve ranking and visibility
  • Manage online advertising campaigns and discover effective promotional channels
  • Assist in event planning, brand awareness initiatives, and lead generation efforts
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on SEO, content marketing, and digital analytics
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and website optimization
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setup
