What You'll Do:

  • Develop high-quality artwork documents for consumer goods, ensuring compliance with customer, legal, safety, and quality standards.
  • Proofread and refine artwork materials in English, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Describe product appearance and functionality in artwork documents using samples, videos, and images.
  • Review and enhance product illustrations based on actual product specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Design and Coordination Teams to maintain consistency and accuracy in all artwork.
  • Manage multiple projects, track progress, and communicate updates with relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain internal guidelines, checklists, and training documents to improve efficiency.
  • Identify workflow improvements and contribute to process optimization.
  • Support the Quality Control Team with quality control activities as needed.
  • Ensure strict adherence to deadlines while handling daily tasks and project communications.

What You Bring:

  • Proficiency in the German language is required (spoken and written) at a native or near-native level.
  • Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
  • A university degree in Translation, Technical Writing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, clear manner.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with excellent coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Native-level proficiency in both English and German.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) or similar tools.
  • Understanding of technical documentation, standards, and directives.
  • Background in engineering, electrical appliances, or product testing (TIC industry).
  • Experience in the retail industry.
