  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Meet recruitment SLAs and design seamless onboarding experiences that foster connection and culture.
  • Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace experience.
  • Policy & Compliance: Craft scalable, compliant, and consistent HR policies.
  • Learning & Development: Build training programs that accelerate growth and leadership development.
  • HR Technology & Analytics: Maximize the use of HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Analyze market trends, recommend competitive pay strategies, and create incentive plans that attract and retain top talent.
  • Team Leadership: Empower, mentor, and lead a high-performing HR team to be proactive business partners.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven HR leadership experience in BPO or a high-growth service-oriented company (minimum 3 years in a strategic HR role)
