If you're ready to make a genuine impact, this is your opportunity to step into a vital leadership role as Registered Manager of a brand-new residential home in Peterborough for children and young people aged 8 - 18 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

They are seeking a committed and experienced Registered Manager who is passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for vulnerable young people. You'll take the lead in recruiting and shaping a new staff team, setting the standard for quality care, safeguarding, and positive home culture.

What Were Looking For:

To be successful as a Registered Manager, you'll need:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a children's residential setting
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager (or a strong readiness to step up)
  • Excellent understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements
  • Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills
  • IT literacy and a proactive, resilient attitude
