About this organisation:

Our UK Tax team specifically, in contrast to most other major UK practices, has a large standalone advisory practice. The group's Tax partners across the UK have a range of specialisms allowing them to provide the full spectrum of tax services to the largest international businesses, including corporate reorganizations, transactional, finance, funds, employment, indirect tax, transfer pricing and disputes.

The group is a mixture of lawyers, tax advisors and economists working on international tax advisory matters.

The Core Tax workstream is focused primarily on providing tax advisory services in relation to the structuring and implementation of all kinds of corporate and financial transactions and group re-organisations.

Skills in demand:

We are open-minded about the specific experience, provided that the relevant individuals have UK tax experience.

Energy, enthusiasm for the role, a willingness to develop a network of strong client and professional relationships, and the ability to take ownership of a task and see it through to completion.
