About the Role
We are hiring a highly motivated and English-proficient Virtual Assistant with required experience using Brivity CRM. You will support a U.S.-based real estate team by managing leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth communication with prospects and clients.
This role is ideal for someone with strong real estate cold-calling or ISA experience who is proactive, organized, and capable of working independently.
Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with cold and warm leads

Schedule and confirm phone appointments

Update and maintain CRM records (Brivity CRM + Excel)

Maintain consistent, professional communication with prospects and clients

Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate documentation of lead activities
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Real Estate Cold Calling / ISA experience

Brivity CRM experience is REQUIRED

Excellent English communication and listening skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable

Strong organizational and time management skills

Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
