About the Role

We are hiring a highly motivated and English-proficient Virtual Assistant with required experience using Brivity CRM. You will support a U.S.-based real estate team by managing leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth communication with prospects and clients.

This role is ideal for someone with strong real estate cold-calling or ISA experience who is proactive, organized, and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with cold and warm leads

  • Schedule and confirm phone appointments

  • Update and maintain CRM records (Brivity CRM + Excel)

  • Maintain consistent, professional communication with prospects and clients

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate documentation of lead activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of Real Estate Cold Calling / ISA experience

  • Brivity CRM experience is REQUIRED

  • Excellent English communication and listening skills

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
