About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Real Estate Agent/Admin to support a top-producing real estate agent with over $20M in sales volume. This role ensures smooth daily operations, consistent lead engagement, and effective marketing execution so the agent can focus on revenue-generating activities and business growth.

The ideal candidate is reliable, tech-savvy, and able to work independently. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply to better support our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage daily scheduling, calendar updates, and appointment coordination

  • Organize files and documents using Google Drive

  • Assist in preparing listing information, marketing materials, and property updates

  • Create and coordinate Just Sold, Just Listed, and other postcard/mail campaigns

  • Maintain systems and ensure workflows run smoothly

Lead Management & ISA Tasks

  • Re-engage and nurture leads consistently using Ylopo

  • Use Follow Up Boss (FUB) CRM for tagging, updating, and tracking lead activity

  • Make follow-up calls, texts, and messages as needed

  • Set appointments and ensure leads move efficiently through the pipeline

  • Maintain communication notes and follow scripts/processes provided

Social Media & Marketing

  • Create and schedule content using Canva

  • Assist with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Marketplace postings

  • Help maintain consistent branding, engagement, and online visibility

  • Edit short-form videos and basic social media creatives

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Admin Support, Real Estate Support, Appointment Setting, ISA, or Social Media Management

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Proactive mindset; works independently with minimal supervision

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms

  • Open-minded and coachable

  • Spanish-speaking ability highly preferred
