We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support U.S.-based Realtors with outbound lead generation, appointment setting, and social media engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, follow-up, and helping agents generate more listings and qualified leads.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Cold calling leads to qualify prospects

  • ISA follow-up with buyers and sellers

  • Setting appointments for U.S.-based Realtors

  • Instagram and social media DM outreach

  • Creating and editing social media content using Canva

  • Assisting with basic automation and follow-up workflows

  • Keeping lead notes organized and up to date

Required Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant

  • Experience with cold calling or ISA roles

  • Prior work with U.S. real estate agents preferred

Required Skills & Qualities

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Attention to detail

  • Confidence on the phone

  • Organized and reliable

  • Coachable and proactive

Tools & Platforms (Experience Preferred)

  • Real estate lead platforms

  • Instagram and other social platforms

  • Canva for social media editing

  • CRM or lead management tools

  • WhatsApp or similar communication tools

Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time role

  • Monday through Friday

  • Hours and exact tools will be client-specific

  • Pay range: $4–$8 per hour, based on experience
