Recruitment Virtual Assistant (Part-Time)

Schedule: Part-Time

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (MST)

About the Role

Divine Growth VA is looking for an experienced Recruitment Virtual Assistant to support our growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone with strong sourcing, screening, and ATS management experience—particularly within the real estate industry. You'll play a key role in identifying and engaging high-quality candidates while maintaining an organized and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates for real estate and administrative roles

Post job ads on various platforms (Indeed, OnlineJobs.ph, LinkedIn, FB Groups)

Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on client requirements

Conduct initial interviews and candidate screenings

Manage and update candidate records using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Manatal or other ATS platforms.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients

Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Prepare recruitment reports and updates as needed

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience as a Recruitment VA or Recruiter

Proven background recruiting for the real estate industry is a plus

Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation skills

Experience sourcing candidates through multiple platforms and channels

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Reliable internet connection and a professional home work setup

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience recruiting for US-based clients

Familiarity with high-volume or niche hiring

Interview coordination and calendar management experience

Knowledge of recruitment best practices and hiring workflows

Experience with CRM or HR tools is a plus
