Were looking for a world-class Mid QA Engineer to help us ensure that every product we ship is rock solid, reliable, and delightful to use.

As our first dedicated QA, youll play a critical role in building a culture of quality from the ground up. Youll own the end-to-end testing process across our web and mobile apps, designing strategies, setting up automation, catching bugs before users do, and helping the team ship with confidence.

Preferred Skills and Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in QA engineering, ideally at high-growth startups or fintechs.

- Strong hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, etc.).

- Experience designing end-to-end test plans across mobile and web.

- A knack for spotting edge cases, inconsistencies, and UX issues.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with devs, designers, and PMs.

- Comfortable working independently and setting up systems from scratch.

- Fluent in spanish. English or portuguese is a plus.

Key Functions and Tasks

- Design and implement robust test plans and QA strategies for our product ecosystem.

- Build and maintain automated test suites for our core apps (web & mobile).

- Work closely with engineering to integrate QA into the development lifecycle.

- Collaborate with product and design to ensure end-user experience is flawless.

- Establish QA best practices and documentation as the team scales.

- Drive continuous improvements in quality, speed, and test coverage.

- Be a voice of quality in planning sessions and product discussions.
