Summary

A fast-growing fintech startup is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to take the lead on crafting high-performance mobile experiences using Flutter. This role is ideal for someone with 4-6 years of front-end experience, including 3+ years developing Flutter apps, who is passionate about delivering seamless, elegant, and scalable user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the front-end development of a mobile app: build, test, deploy, and optimize

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, design, and back-end

• Ensure performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices and network conditions

• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and UI/UX improvements

• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code with documentation

• Help define front-end best practices and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of professional front-end development experience

• 3+ years of experience building mobile apps with Flutter (Dart proficiency required)

• Strong knowledge of state management frameworks (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod)

• Solid design sensibility with attention to UI polish, animation, and UX

• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and handling real-time data

• Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile apps and app store deployment workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience optimizing performance for low-bandwidth or high-latency environments

• Exposure to localization and internationalization in mobile apps
• Fluent in English and Spanish( a plus)
