The company is solving incompatibility and fragmentation issues in the region's financial ecosystem for individuals and SMBs.

Summary

Seeking an experienced leader in crypto P2P communities to drive the growth and engagement strategy for a network of Market Makers across LATAM. This strategic role works cross-functionally and focuses on measurable business impact, collaborating closely with business, data, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, lead, and continuously improve growth and engagement strategies for the Market Maker community in LATAM, prioritizing business outcomes and scalability.
  • Own and report on community performance KPIs (retention, volume, NPS, activity), working with Data and Ops.
  • Strengthen communications and support across platforms such as Telegram and WhatsApp.
  • Plan and execute regional campaigns, activation initiatives, and loyalty programs tailored to different Market Maker segments.
  • Build and maintain high-value relationships with top traders, collaborating with account and growth teams.
  • Identify growth opportunities, pain points, or unmet needs using community feedback and data insights.
  • Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Marketing to ensure the communitys voice is represented in key decisions.

What Were Looking For

  • 3+ years experience leading communities in crypto, fintech, or a digital P2P ecosystemideally with regional or LATAM growth focus.
  • Demonstrated success running community programs that deliver measurable business results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • Empathetic leader with strong conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Advanced with community management tools (Telegram, WhatsApp Business, Notion, CRMs).
  • Strong data skills (Google Sheets, dashboards, KPI analysis and reporting).
  • Experience managing teams, freelancers, or moderators is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of the P2P crypto ecosystem.
  • Bonus: experience planning or coordinating virtual events.
