Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer -San Francisco (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

Join us as a senior full-stack engineer (90% backend) on a cutting-edge AI team focused on delivering AI-powered conversational commerce solutions. Collaborate with global engineering teams and leadership based in San Francisco. Client-facing time is about 10-20%.

Responsibilities:

• Build and launch AI-driven conversational experiences, primarily backend-based using Python, Typescript, AWS Lambda, and LLM frameworks.
• Partner with PMs, sales, clients, and international tech leads.
• Provide feedback to enhance the core AI platform.
• Define and track AI business metrics to improve solution impact.
• Manage workload and timelines balancing client requirements and feature scope.

Qualifications:

• Based in or near San Francisco.
• Fluent English at C2 Advanced level.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience, with strong backend focus.
• 2+ years of experience building AI/ML products.
• Proficient with Python, Typescript, AWS Lambda, and LLM frameworks.
• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
