We are growing fast and looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Associate with a modern, international mindset to work with us and help us grow the Divyne brand as we expand across Southeast Asia. To further describe the role, as our new Digital Marketing Associate, you will collaborate with our Marketing Team to plan, source and create innovative and captivating content across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok. Your contributions will fuel our growth and enable us to compete with the top players in the industry. As a digitally-native brand, we are one of the biggest performance-based paid ads accounts in Thailand, so this is a unique opportunity to learn from the best! 

Some typical responsibilities might include:

• Assist in the analysis and execution of ad campaigns based on best marketing practices, with a focus on creativity and innovation
• Craft attention-grabbing copywriting for ads and other marketing materials
• Ideate and produce engaging video ads for various social media platforms
• Brainstorm creative marketing angles with the team
• Collaborate with influencers and optimise content sourcing
• Contribute to diverse marketing tasks and embrace opportunities for growth, creative freedom, and career progression

What your profile looks like:

• Degree in marketing, business, economics or another appropriate discipline (or a proven passion for digital marketing!)
• 0-2 years of related experience (fresh grads are welcome too!)
• Passionate about digital marketing and e-commerce
• Extremely comfortable with modern technology and trends, especially in the digital marketing landscape
• Basic video editing skills using any software, from professional tools like Final Cut Pro to simpler ones like CapCut (or a strong desire to learn editing skills from the experts in our team!)
• Native Thai with strong English skills, both written and spoken
• Exposure to data & analytics would be a big advantage
• A real desire to learn and grow fast as part of an ambitious team
