We are growing fast and looking for a skilled and quick-minded E-Commerce Operations Assistant with a modern, international mindset to work with us to help us continue to grow the Divyne brand as we expand across Southeast Asia.

To frame the role further; as our new E-Commerce Operations Assistant you will work closely with everyone on the team to figure out the solutions to daily ad-hoc tasks and contribute directly to the smoothness of the workflow in our office. As a digitally-native brand, we are one of the fastest growing beauty brand companies in Thailand that puts a lot of focus on our efficiency and productivity, so this is a unique opportunity to learn from the best.

Some typical activities might include:

• Taking charge of daily administrative tasks
• Contribute to the procurement process of office supplies and equipment
• Be the source of communication and liaise with different parties
• Establishing a good connection with the people that you deal with
• Collecting necessary bills and invoice
• Maintaining the condition of our office space
• Excited about performing well in various ad-hoc tasks

What your profile looks like:

• Degree in any field
  
• 1 - 2 years of related work experience (Fresh graduates who are highly skilled and adaptable are also encouraged to apply)
• Eager to help people and solve challenging problems 
• Have an interest in supporting the workflow efficiency 
• Native Thai with good English and Thai skills, both written and spoken
• Exposure to the E-commerce and beauty industry would be a big advantage, but having a can-do attitude and being able to communicate effectively is essential
• A real desire to learn and grow fast as part of an ambitious and young team
