Senior Freelance Recruiter (Tech | Commission-Based)
We are expanding a network of experienced freelance recruiters who can deliver strong candidates for tech roles across Europe.
This role is not for beginners or CV-pushers. We are looking for recruiters who can identify, assess and move candidates through the process to the offer stage.
Your role:
Full-cycle candidate-side ownership (sourcing screening follow-up)
High-quality candidate presentation (structured insights, not raw CVs)
Active communication with candidates throughout the process
Sourcing and attracting candidates
Conducting initial qualification and/or HR calls
Presenting candidates using a structured format
Supporting candidates through all stages of selection
What we expect:
Experience in recruiting for technical/IT/digital positions
Ability to conduct pre-screening and HR interviews
Candidate presentation skills with structured insights
Understanding the required qualifications of candidates and expectations from them (salary, motivation)
