Doctors & Co is a leading medical corporation operating over 40 clinics across Australia. We are seeking a Lease Administrator to join our team and support the management of our leasing portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and experience in lease administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review leases, subleases, shareholder agreements, and sale of shares documentation.
- Coordinate share redemptions and transactions with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and update lease records, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and deadlines.
- Conduct annual reviews of leases and subleases, identifying key renewal and negotiation points.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and internal teams to resolve lease-related matters.
- Work closely with the internal accountant to provide ASIC updates and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support the legal and finance teams in lease negotiations, amendments, and renewals.
Requirements
- Experience in lease administration, property management, or a related legal/finance role.
- Strong understanding of commercial leasing agreements and corporate governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
