Role Overview

We're seeking a Werkstudent Operations (m/w/d) to drive key business initiatives across partnerships, customer acquisition, and operations. This flexible, part-time position (30-50% occupation, ~15-20 hours/week) is ideal for working students (Werkstudent) in Business or Medicine or fresh graduates looking for hands-on startup experience alongside other projects.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Clinic Acquisition

  • Identify and approach potential partner clinics and fertility centers
  • Develop partnership proposals and negotiate collaboration agreements
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers
  • Create partner onboarding processes and materials

Customer Acquisition & Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Manage social media presence and content marketing initiatives
  • Optimize conversion funnels and track customer acquisition metrics
  • Conduct market research to identify target customer segments

Operations & Platform Setup

  • Establish and optimize operational processes for platform functionality
  • Support partner clinic integration and coordination processes
  • Develop standard operating procedures and quality control measures
  • Coordinate logistics, fulfillment processes and payment streams across the platform

  • Working students: Currently pursuing Business Administration, Medicine, or related studies
  • Fresh graduates: Recent MBA or Master's degree holders exploring entrepreneurial opportunities

Experience & Skills

  • 0-3 years of relevant experience (internships, projects, or entry-level roles)

  • Fluent in German and English
