We're recruiting on behalf of one of our clients — a fast-growing B2B scale-up in the retail intelligence space and market leader in the Netherlands. We're looking for an entrepreneurial Marketing Growth Specialist. Someone who goes beyond running campaigns and takes real ownership of the international growth strategy.

The challenge

You'll be the architect of the international growth engine. Not "running campaigns" — but claiming an authority position with C-level decision makers at major brands and retailers across Europe.

The mission is clear: get top of mind with the DMUs at the Top 500 companies. Your client's product directly impacts retail revenue — 3% better in-store execution leads to 1% more turnover for their clients. That's the story you'll be telling. And you'll make sure the right people hear it.

Your success isn't measured in clicks. It's measured in pipeline quality, shortlist positions in European RFP processes, and the brand preference you build with people who weren't even looking yet.

What you'll be doing

  • Build the marketing playbook from scratch: goals, channels, content, campaigns, KPIs
  • Full ownership of the marketing budget and ROI — you steer on CAC and demand generation
  • Execute account-based marketing targeting C-levels and procurement — nationally and internationally
  • Run LinkedIn newsletters and targeted LinkedIn advertising as core commercial instruments
  • Develop (or commission) thought leadership content that speaks to what clients actually care about
  • Collect and distribute best cases and best practices to build credibility and visibility
  • Optimise HubSpot: improve lead lists, sharpen qualification, build dashboards to track performance across Google, LinkedIn and beyond
  • Work closely with Sales — marketing and pipeline are the same conversation here

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in demand generation, growth marketing or a similar role
  • You think in pipeline and revenue, not just reach and impressions
  • Proven experience independently setting up and optimising SEO, SEA and social campaigns
  • Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Self-directed and proactive — you take projects from A to Z without being told what to do
  • A self-learner who's not afraid to pick up new tools and techniques
  • Affinity with B2B sales and an understanding that short and long sales cycles require different approaches
  • Background in FMCG or retail? Great. But if you know how to reach DMUs and build pipeline, we want to talk regardless

What you'll get

  • €4,000 – €5,000 gross per month depending on experience
  • Team bonus + demand generation bonus (negotiable)
  • 12-month contract with intention to extend based on agreed KPIs
